Reflective Elastomeric Roof Coating
Rubberseal White is a flexible, elastomeric waterproof coating with a bright white, sunlight-reflecting finish — a cool white roof in a bucket. It protects roofs and exterior surfaces from water and weather while keeping them cooler in the sun.
Bright white, and it stays flexible
Reflectivity only helps if the coating lasts. Rubberseal White cures into a seamless elastomeric membrane that bridges hairline cracks and moves with the substrate instead of cracking. It’s UV- and weather-resistant, withstands rain and temporary standing water, and bonds strongly to properly prepared concrete and masonry.
Why a reflective white finish
- Reflects sunlight and keeps the coated surface cooler in the sun
- Reduces heat stress on the coating and the roof below
- Bright, clean finish that renews the look of a tired roof
Prefer a neutral look? Rubberseal Gray is the same elastomeric membrane in a clean gray that hides everyday dirt.
How to apply
Stir thoroughly, then apply by roller, brush, or airless spray in uniform coats between 50–95 °F, letting each coat dry to the touch before recoating. Build multiple coats to a continuous, void-free film, reinforcing joints and details with Rubberseal Geotextile fabric. Allow 3–5 days before evaluating water resistance, and don’t apply if rain is expected within about 6 hours.
Coverage: about 32 sq ft per gallon at 40 mils (thin decorative coats about 130–150 sq ft per gallon). Use the coverage calculator.
For ponds, pools, or standing water
White and Gray are made for roofs and exterior surfaces. Anywhere water truly stands — ponds, pools, low spots — use Rubberseal Black, our strongest, true-waterproofing membrane.
